Our company offers its well assembled production facility for the purposes of custom production. There is in question the small-volume chemical production, packing of the chemical products, and packing of the veterinary preparations at the GMP conditions, and/or, if necessary, the packing into packages acc. to customer request.

Our company can offer the complex organization of the manufacturing according to customer´s demand. It´s mainly the preparations development , the manufacturing introduction, including the packaging and complete analytical service.

Our company has the following equipments assembled:

• Stainless steel and enameled reactors (double-jacketed) of capacity 0,25 m³ – 7,0m ³; vapour 0,6 Mpa (160°C); cooling medium – 20°C; vacuum 0,8 KPa; pressure air 0,6 MPa.
• Glass reactors of 0,02 m³ – 0,1 m³ with possibilty of heating / cooling (double-jacketed) and mixing.
• Drum centrifuges of diameter 800 – 1200 mm; vacuum glass evaporators, stainless steel dryers; pressure filtres; throughflow filtres; submersible and throughflow mills; pumps; own production unit for demineralized water.

For different types products manufactured as custom production is our company well equipped by devices allowing to fill succesfully both liquids and the loose materials. The liquids can be filled in the extent of 1 ml up to 40 litres, 1ml to 40l (bigger package on request) and the loose materials of 0,1kg up to 5kg (bigger package on request). The products are usually filled into the packages supplied by the customer, but we can fill into own (Qualichem´s ) ones.

Usually we don´t work with carcinogenic, mutagenic and teratogenic substances and with very toxic substances or chlorinated solvents.

All the production and and packaging processes comply with standards (ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001). For veterinary products has our company Good Manufacturing Practice Certificate.
